We book one courier for Kanpur-UP by On DOT courier service receipt no.228674297 dt.20/06/2006 from our Mumbai office with name of A G Chemicals,Kanpur, there is cover of documents bearing Original DEPB License Balance value of Rs.150000/-approx, Original Bill of Entry and other bills & papers. till date courier is not delivered to party & also not return to us, as we inquired by courier services there response is we delivery the same but there is no acknoldgement from receiver and also party bited to delivery boy. finally I face probem by this and party is still waiting for documents. DamageOccured My customer is hold my payment of Rs.500000/- and asking me to arrange duplicate documents from INDIAN CUSTOMS house, Kandla. this process will take six months and it will cost us havy to get it clear.
Required Relief I wish from courier company they find out our cover and please delivery to our Kanpur party or return to us so we can save our time & money
