Hello Sir, I have sent a consignment from Bangalore with the consignment number EK307686944IN on 24th June. I was tracking it in the website and found it reached Kolkata airport on 26th June. But after that I am not able to see any proceedings. I also called the destination post office and they said it has not reached there. I called Bangalore office and also put online complaint in India post site. I am xontinuously tracking but no body is bothered. If speed post cant be delivered in 7 working days, then whats the point in paying so much and sending the article. I want to know where the letter is and the funny thing is nobody is saying me anything. Please resolve this at the earliest. No body is helping me. Thanks & Regards, Shatabda Saha
