Sub: Non Delivery of PARCEL through Speed Post. Dear Sir, I booked a parcel weighing 225 gm from sector 7 Faridabad Post Office in Name of HARBHAJAN SINGH, UGALA and Distt - AMBALA vide Receipt No SPEH061621215IN On 25/04/2009. This Parcel has not been delivered till date at destination. I have given the application on 23 May 2009 in Main Post Office Fariabad to Manager Mr. Gulshan.Get in touch with him for update for around one month but getting no success. I also registred the complaint on Web Based Customer Grievance Handling System with Complaint number 100000-39415 on 25/05/2009 and still the status shown as Pending. I searched and found the Number of Mr Shri Kamlesh Chandra(Chief Postmaster General) and have a word with His P.A and he helped me and traced with Manager Mr. Gulshan but still it's pending. After these circumstances i regularly making phone calls to Manager Mr. Gulshan, Narendra and also authorities (PC Khasyap,Call Center,Narsh Gupta(Manager) in Ambala but they all have same answer that the RFM has not giving the status and it's pending from their side. I have spent almost Rs. 2000 on calls and getting Bodration with no result. Kindly look into this matter and get the parcel delivered at the earliest. Please reply me back with the update ASAP as it's already 2 Month.Looking forward to get the response.

Have you tried online tracking..? What does the status show..?
If nobody is willing to reply you,actually you can log a compliant against Indian post office..
You have spent Rs2000 only for Calls..OMG.. This is insane..
Just go to the police and file case against them...
Lets teach them a lesson.

An article No. ED120651697IN sent through speed post from RK West to Chennai on 22.11.2010 has not yet been delivered till date, even though, numerous requests made with the SPC and mails to them. A complaint has also been registered vide no. 100000 65896. Till date, the article has not yet been delivered. Appropriate action may kindly be taken to get the same delivered.
