I was been given wrong assurance by Sartia- Customer care & Sandeep(supervisor of Sarita) about the delivery dates. The actual delivery date was 8th July 2010. But till today (i.e. 10th July 2010 & the time is 4 pm IST -- I am logging the complaint) i have not received a positive response from them .. the call was kept transferring from one agent to an another which made me wait for(from 3pm to 3:40pm IST) 40 minutes pulse …. Post that the reply was also not positive.. Please try to keep one thing in mind …when a customer is given some assures try to be on it – saying is “Over commenting & under delivered is NOT AT ALL Accepted” it should have been the other way round.. There was a promise by the customer care executive that I would be getting an SMS updating the status of my shipment & till now I haven’t heard from them… Please try to keep the commitment because the customer would have planned for something else along with it .. I say this from my HEART that I am NOT Happy with the service that was given to me …. Please avoid such things in future ….
