Sub-Failure of speed post letter to reach from Kharagpur to Silchar after 7 days

Sir,
This to bring to your notice that I sent a letter to Satadal Acharjee, Shivaji Nagar, Silchar-78005, Cachar, Assam from IIT Kharagpur Post Office on 28-07-09 at 10.35 AM. But unfortunately the letter did not reach him yet. I believe that speed posts are to be delivered within 72 hours as promised and would like to know whether it has reached your office till date or not. If reached, I request your honour to initiate necessary action to see that it is delivered as early as possible.

You can also lodge your online complaint with the head office of the postal deptt. You just have to go through the website of postal deptt. for that process. Pls. try that option also, which is quite helpful.

We regret to bring to your kind notice that we were to get a document through speed post sent from our client from APWD port blair on 01.11.2010 vide ref no. EW402022631. We have been following this matter with all the concerned deptt., but nothing fruitful has come out of it.

It is a high time that we still are not aware of the status of the doc's where exactly it is lying right now

I have sent an article containg drawings, gold ring, sweets to jodhpur on 25-03-2013 from jayanagar head spped post office, Bangalore. Wenever i tried to track i didnt get any details abt my article.. den i asked in post, dey said me to contact speed post complaint section, n i contected, stil nothing worked out. recently one week back wen i called to speed post complaint section dey said finnaly we declairing dat uur arcticle is last. i lost my article which contains one garm gold ring, drawings n sweets. and also i wasted my money to go to post office n calling dem from two months, so i asked refund. but they said dey can refund only double d amount of speed post.

plzzzz help me... and tel me wat shoud i do now???
