I registered a Parcel (3Kgs., By Air Cargo) in First Flight Courier Services with Consignment Number A06339621 dated 18th June, 2011 from Hyderabad to be delivered at Bhubaneswar.

The Parcel got dispatched from Hyderabad on 18th June, 2011 by Surface (Train) and got delivered at Visakhapatnam Hub on 21st June, 2011.

It was committed by the Company to be delivered on 21st June, 2011 at Bhubaneswar for which the Air Charges has also been charged to me (Rs. 550/-)

The company has cheated by taking air charges and dispatching by surface mail and has also not delivered the parcel on time.

This is how the customer gets harassed and cheated. I want justice.
