As explained above this is the information available till today 13th Jun 11. The reason given is non service station which must be known to them before taking up the job, if it is actually true that they don't have service station for the destination sought for. The document sent was a letter claiming the refund of offer acceptance fee from the renowned Indian Institute of Management Raipur.
It did not reach in 48hrs as ensured and also was not delivered even on 10th Jun which was the last date for receiving refund application. The institute forfeited total amount of INR50000/- instead of INR10000/-. I need to know how it can be compensated from the courier company, because it is absolutely their carelessness and irresponsible act which has caused the loss.
