very very important consignment delivered at wrong place by first flight Hi,
Consignment number J56814385 was booked on FIRST FLIGHT from raiBareli to Chandigarh on 3rd June 2011. But as of today its showing up in transit to Chennai. I tried to get information from multiple nodal offices, ,i.e. Lucknow, Raibareli, Chennai and Chandigarh but that didn't help.
Due to some very URGENT reasons, the consignment should be delivered by 10th June 2011. None of the First Flight agents are giving any reply. I want to know where and how to claim for the losses in the event of non-delivery/loss of consignment.
Please take this as URGENT complaint and act ASAP.
