I booked the consignment no. B60168514 - from bangalore to patna on the 2nd of may 2011. I continued to follow up the delivery of the document with dtdc and after much trouble to me and maybe 20 phone calls they confirmed on may 24th that they have lost the document - after 21 days. The documents contained were important property documents in original on stamp paper worth more than rs.1000. They were quick to shrug off all responsibility and told me that their liability was just rs. 100.

I am completely hassled by this unprofessional company where people just believe in passing the buck from one person to another. There is absolutely no escalation mechanism. Also once someone has saved my number - he/She stops picking up my call to avoid any confrontation.
