Dear Sir,
with reference to the above i have booked a courier from gorakhpur to ghaziabad vide airmail express AWB No.40470479 dt.13.04.2011 morethen one month has been passed i have not received the above document to till date. I have contact to the courier by the telephone several time, but could not get any response.
One I again request yo please check the matter at your end arrange to solve the matter as early as possible.
Kindly treat the matter as urgent. otherwise I have to take a legal action on the above.
