Dear Sir,
My consignment (Cons. No. 294403968) was dispached from Bareilly to below mentioned address as on 18/06/09. But till now as on 24/06/09, I am unable to receive that consignment. Whenever I am trying to talk with their people, they are doing misbehave and also told that timly delivery is not their responsibility . Their customer care executives were also unable to make me satisfy. Today on 10:00 A.M., any executive told me that she would track the status of my consignment and would revert back within 10 minutes. But after a long wait, I made another call to her for status tracking than she told me that my consignment is still not received by Greater Noida office. But when I called to Bareilly office than they people told me that my consignment has been dispatched for Greater Noida same day.

I am really very sorry to say that my experience with Blazeflash is not good. Kindly take action against this company as soon as possible.
