Complaint Against First Flight Courier Service
This is to bring to notice that I am highly dissatisfied courier Company Service(First Flight Courier) .
Courier which was sent on 21 Mar 2011, was supposed to reach Mysore by 23 March (according to official website), but it was delivered on Saturday (26 March)
As the courier was delivered to my office address, I had to go to office on a weekend just to collect the courier.
Moreover they gave us wrong timing details as to when to collect the courier,when I reached there, the person was not available.And he called me after two hours which was very inconvenient on my part.
Despite of the delay caused by your company, I received a message stating that I need to collect the courier within 1 hour,otherwise it would be returned back.
This is not the first time that courier company has caused issues to me.
Kindly look into the issue and take necessary actions in this regard.

My courier envelope was open and items was taken
on 12th Nov. i courier my item to Dhanbad and it reached there on 15 and it was already opened and my items was not inside the envelope and it worth around 1000Rs.containment no is *E42691617*.I need justice and please help me.

Non receipt of item sent
i have despatch my item from sahranpur(up) for chhapra (bihar) through first flight on 03 dec 2011 but till now my item has not been reached at chhapra why & my no is w62361561 dated 03 /12/2011.that letter was so importtant that it cost me so much.please sdo the needful if u can.thanking u .

Poor service, Unenthical people at first flight courier mumbai
I need to complain regarding First Flight Courier. They have been returning all my letters and couriers from last 2 months say that party has shifted or address incorrect. They call me and say please collect it from our local office as they cannot deleiver it at my residential address.
This is really unexpected from them, as important letter from bank and office were returned by them. I want them to pay penalty for the metal harrasment i am facing because of them.

Differences in rates for the same address nad destination - WHY?
Earlier I have been sending documents at Mira Road (East), Mumbai - 401107 thru your courier services, agent office situated at Bepin Paul Road, Kolkata- 700026 who have been charging Rs90/- per doc. Today I had been to your branch office situated at S.P.Mukherjee Road, Kolkata- 700026 and they asked me for Rs146/- for the same weighing document meant for the same address at Mumbai. I then took the pain of going to your earlier agent's office (as stated), and they accepted the same document charging Rs90/-. How their is such discrimination in your rate? That too the difference is such high? WEill you revert me back with your answer?

Complaint against First flight courier
This is the worst courier service I have ever seen.
first flight is the much expensive courier company than other, but the service is worst than any other.
They promise to deliver goods within 2 days. but I received my property in 9 days, that also when I had called them
several times. That time they had the reason of Diwali.
But that was just a lame excuse, I am facing the same situation 2nd time also.
Its now 5 days and still I didn't received my property. Before sending the courier through this company I had request
them to deliver it at time as it is a very urgent courier. It contained the wedding cards. But they are so irresponsible.
I am still calling their no. of offices. and don't know when they will deliver my courier.
I really really very disappointed with their service.

Delay and failure of tracking online. Unresponsive customer care numbers.
First Flight Courier Service.
A domestic consignment no. BW0528121. Dated 12/12/12 has not reached its destination. Leave the point of reaching on time.
I cant not track my consignment online or by any option (SMS or email). The site first showed "Error: contact customer care service".
Now on 17/12/12 they are showing "pending" status with a reason of "weekly off" and last updated on 15/12/12. With msg "Sorry.No Tracking Information Available" below.
All the contacts numbers, of Head quarter and Regional Offices, are not answering my calls. At all.
I also mailed them requesting to atleast track my consignment. I got no response.
Afraid that my consignment is lost. I wonder it will ever reach its destination.
Was an urgent one.
