This is regarding Just Shift movers and packers.I had used their services to send my luggage from Bangalore to Hyderabad as I was relocating.The luggage was booked on Friday(09/01/2009).It was assured to me that the luggage would reach me in Hyderabad on the 10th Saturday the next day morning, and that I will not have to follow up or do anything.It is the 14th of Jan today and the luggage has still not reached me.I have been calling and enquiring about the where abouts of the luggage but i have not been told informed regarding its wherabouts either.I would like to register a legal complaint about the company and so the necessary to take them to task about fooling me with transferring the luggage.I am still waiting and following up on the luggage to reach me.
