Dear Sir,

I booked my bike on a Cargo company named Central Cargo Packers & Movers
on 4th May from Pune to Bangalore against consignment no. 1206.
I was told that I'll get my bike by friday i.e 8th May.
but so far there is no news from their side.
whenever i call their office at Pune and Bangalore, they come up with
different excuses that My bike has reached Bangalore but Key has been left
my mistake at Pune. and sometimes they left my Helmet somewhere.

Now they are not even picking my calls now. and whenever they pick, they
misbehave with me.
when I told them I am going to take this matter to consumer court then
they said do what you want to do.

plz look into the matter And help me
