I would like to draw your kind attention towards complaint about Delhi GPO - 110006 post office. On 15/02/2011 i bought 20 Rs. ticket from DELHI GPO Post Office - 110006 after weighting the envelope but they sent me back my envelope. They did not weight the envelope by machine. A lady who was weighting the envelope using her own hands to weight the envelope. Today i.e., 18/02/2011 was the last day for submission of my form.You are requested to take against action them. They always provide the postal order at high rate
