I am permanent resident of Kathua and presently serving in Embassy of India, Kathmandu(Nepal). With great concern, I would like to submit that I had sent an urgent letter by DTDC Courier Kathmandu(NepaL) on 20 Jan 2011, (consignment No N92795771)which was to be delivered to my wife at Kathua. As per DTDC tracking details available on the internet the letter reached DTDC Kathua through DTDC Branch Jammu on 21 Jan 2011, but as on 26 Jan 2011, even after five days the agency has not delivered my letter even after giving an ISD telephone call to them on Mobile No 9906211352 on 25th Jan 2011(evening). Now the agent is not even atending my telephone call for which I am tryting regularly since 26th morning.

May I request your honourable court to issue general instructions to the DTDC Courier Kathua(Near DCM retail Store, Shankar Bazar, Kathua, Phone 9906211352/236782) to kindly deliver my mail which is very urgent in nature.
