delay in speed post delivery My brother has booked a speed Post from gorakhpur head post office (U.P.), Speed Post No. EU936553544IN dt 12/01/2011, for chennai but it is not delivered till now. It was UPPCS form having last date 28/01/2011.
If it will take so much time in come how it can be submitted within time. Please Help.
