Sub : Complaint against lost consignment by DTDC courier services.

Sir,
Consignment number: B65313262 & B65313796 booked by GINGERSOFT MEDIA PVT LTD - BANGALORE on 25th November, 2010 to deliver at Vizianagaram. I has been reached to Vizianagaram DTDC office on 1st December, 2010. Both the consignments are missing and the DTDC office people are not responding.

Have registered my complaint to booking place and even DTDC head office in main so many times but still have not received any response or ensure form them.
Hence, I would like to register my complaint against DTDC Courier co.
