The first flight couriers is one of the worst service in the courier companies. My consignment has not delivered even after three days to a place where other courier agents deliver it in next day. All the phone numbers given in web pages of their site are fake. Above all there is no customer service in this company.

One of my important and urgent courier to my address was send 10 days ago .The consignment number is 'D48348765'. The courier was send on 10th of october from Delhi to Rourkela.For a normal consignment from Mumbai to Banaglore is3-4 days days.I should get my courier by 15th of October at most.Until now the status in the site shows the same "Party Not Available".I tried to call their local Rourkela office.One of their officer named as Ranjit kumar has been keep on telling me for delivering the product past 2 days ,but i am not recieving any calls from them.I am really sick of even before putting the status as party not available they havent called me , by themselves they have put the status as such.Please do the needful and help me get my courier asap.

One important packet was sent through First Flight Couriers Limited ( Consignment No. P10692351 ) on 17/10/11 to Kolkata but till date ( ie, 25/10/11 ) it has not reached the consignee. From tracking in their site I saw it reached their Calcutta hub on 19/10/11 but after that only posting was 'internal misrouted', which was posted on 19/10/11 itself. Most of the phone lines of this company either not existent or no body replies. Conditions of the emails are alike. You may kindly take the necessary action to ask First Fligt Couriers Service to deliver this immediately.

i have booked a courier from lucknow to tilhar (dist. shahjahanpur uttar pradesh) pin- 242307 by first flight courier awb no. j92676027 dt. 25/10/11 through aliganj branch opp. sangam hotel, lucknow. but courier not delivered. when i ask about the courier in the branch then they said that they have no service in tilhar, internet tracking shows non-service station about my courier.that was very important courier for me. when i ask that person that why he booked my courier for tilhar then he become very rude & misbehaved to me. I have pasted the email communication below. Can you please have a look and help me in this regard.

Please never opt for FIRST FLIGHT courier service. They promise you that your courier will reach by tomorrow but it never. As in my case they have to deliver a courier to Patiala which has been sent from delhi and it reaches to me after 7 days that too when i called to their office hundred times for continuously four days. In the end the person who was supposed to deliver me courier called up and said that his cycle tyre is punctured so i have to go to pick that courier. So, I would never suggest others to use this service. i have never seen such a poor courier service before.

Sir Mr. Ajay is a authorised person of first flight courier banda.he has no manner to talk to customer's and he didn't deliever my any courier in spite of without giving me information he returned my courier.in that case i said to him sir plz inform to me next time but he misbehaved with me and also abused to me.He has no more work only he watches the T.V. all time with one girl.Sir it's not only my problem, it's problem with my 3 frns also.i am giving his mob: 9307328256

A very important document from ICICI bank was dispatched to my indrapuram Ghaziabad address, but First flight has twice updated the status as party not available in its website without visiting my address.
When I tried to contact on the phone nos mentioned on the website no one took the call I even called the Mumbai head office but the response was pathetic and they asked me to contact the local office,
In nutshell First flight do not have any customer care no they are not answerable for the status of the consignment.
No emails or phone calls are replied.

One of worst service I have ever seen with First flight Courier service.... First flight guys update the tracking status without even visting the site as Party not available , Refused to receive... all reasons are shit.... Bangalore to Bangalore 4 days over... till I am waiting..... I have formaly launched the Business reduction plan with First flight Courier service in my office... I planned to do with my all networks... Until we teach the lesson these guys will never take the corrective measure.....Unfortunately we live in country where there is no support to Public like USA... Assume if it is USA... the company has to face the big music with Govt.

I purchase watch from Noida and shopkeeper sent the product with First Flight (Consignment number: W19478712 on 12th july 2012. But the Product has not been received yet. On date: 20 july 2012.
I tried calling to First Flight Customer care (011-30936666/39444444 )(033-30578751/30578754/30261761) but no-one is responding.

I only want my stuff to be delivered.

Request you kindly see the above matter & solve as early as possible.

Truly first flight courier services is the worst service provider i have ever seen. The courier they send takes a week to deliver while speed post takes less and even normal post takes less than that. Worst service provider

Complaint against First Flight Courier Irresponsible Behavior & Poor service.....Totally spoile my RAKSHABANDHAN fest. my brothers are still waiting for my rakhi to reach.

I purchase Rakhi for my real bro & cousin brothers from hyderabad and sent the product with First Flight (Consignment number: BA0513055 & BA0513056 on 24th july 2012 to Bilaspur ( HIMACHAL PRADESH ) But the Products has not been received yet On date: 30 july 2012. The courier service told us that consignment reaching time is 48 hrs but already it is 7 days.
I tried calling to First Flight Customer care (040-39444444 ) from today morning but no one is responding properly saying that after 1 hour we tell something about ur issue but when after 1 hour i call them they again they tellng same thing & not even respond to my two time sending message regarding this on their STATUS ( In transit ) contact. I recently got married on feb. 2012 & this my first rakhi after mariage to my brothers that is very important for me to be reached before 2nd Aug. 2012 because on 2nd Aug. 2012 their is RAKSHABANDHAN FESTIVAL that is important festival for brother-sister. I think u should understand how special & important is this my two consignments to be reached before RAKSHABANDHAN that is before 2nd August 2012 at Bilaspur ( Himachal Pradesh ) two addresses that i mentioned on the envelops.

I only want my stuff to be delivered before Rakshabandhan ( 2nd August 2012 ) on my mentioned address on the envelops.

Request you kindly see the above matter.Solve as early as possible & plz take some strict action against this First Flight Courier ( Madhapur, Hyderabad office near INDIAN PETROL PUMP )

Hi,

Some important documents and Rakhi was sent from my hometown Agartala on 27th july 2012 and the gave the estimated time of delivery to NOIDA as 03rd August 2012. Till now it hasn't reached me. I have been calling First flight customer care since past 4 days and they have been saying the same thing that it will reach in 24-48 hours. Today also they are saying the same thing. The consignment number of the courier is 356722lut906c995. This is total negligence from their part. Noida is not a remote place either that it will take more than 8 days to deliver a courier here. Please look into the matter and take appropriate action against First Flight.
