I Manoj kumar Singhal s/o late O.P.Gupta has send a courier (NO.Z27599252) to my daughter Preeti Singhal presenting in insfosys technoloy limited mysore it has some legal document & some cloths.Which has to be sumited on 4th january 2011 & i have send a courier on 29th dec 2010 but till now it has not been delievered to her.Company wants that document last by on 10th january 2011.
On 1st january 2011 it was recived by ahemdabad according to net tracking of courier by company offical website.but now that courier is missing & we dont know where is that courier.company has also said that courier will deliever in 2 days.When i go thier meerut branch office they have enquired from ahemdabad office where it was said that the couier has been send to mysore on 6th january by them, but now they were saying we have not recieved your courier in ahemdabad.till now that courier is missing.Please do something regarding my problem.
