    Default DTDC - Horrible Courier Service

    Hi Everyone,

    This is a very frustrated and Horrible courier service I have ever seen till now. My courier package which consists of Medicine was dispatched on Friday Morning from Vijayanagar to BTM 1st stage (With in Bangalore only max it can take 1 day only) but till today I have not received it. When I called the BTM courier service they told some unacceptable reasons and they are telling they can only deliver on Monday morning. I have no idea why its taking 4 days from Vijayanagar to BTM 1st stage.

    Even horrible thing is the web site was updated with status DELIVERED. Hope this note gets to the right management so that they can take appropriate action for the delay.

    Thumbs down DTDC: Topped 'Worst Courier Service Providers'

    There are many incidences of DTDC's so-called best services, where every body is busy in talking about how to top in courier services list, and nobody interested in delivering the consignments or replying to grievances. I think they have made automated consignment tracking program, which updates the consignment tracking to status 'Delivered' after specified days, even the whereabouts of the consignment is not traceable (even by the best courier services managers of DTDC).

    Well Congrats to DTDC for topping the list of WORST COURIER SERVICES.
