Submit Complaint..I have sent a parcel (Receipt no. 1143) from post office (at Reliance Greens, Motikhavdi, Jamnagar, Gujarat - 361140) to NOIDA ( To address : Anuragh Chirag Bisht S/o Wing Cmdr. Naveen Bisht, J-24, Sector-25, Jalvayu Vihar, Gautam Budha Nagar, NOIDA, U.P. - 201301) on 15.04.2011. On 21.04.2011 the parcel was received by the recipient (Sh.Anuragh Bisht). After opening the parcel he found 02 cloths out of 05 were missing. Then he checked the outer packing cloth of parcel was stitched by two types of threads (grey and white). Originated stitching was of grey colour. This complaint is lodged only for improving credibility of government service providing agencies, not for any claim. Complaint against POST OFFICE, ROSHAN-ARA-ROAD,SUBZI MANDI,DELHI- 110007 Respected Sir,
I am pankaj khillan S/O Shri Suresh Khillan R/o 8501, Roshan Ara- Road,Subzi mandi, Delhi-110007 .Today 29 Dec 2010 i went to post office branch Roshan Ara- Road,Subzi mandi, Delhi-110007 for sending one letter (Speed Post).There was an employee named Anil Handa who misbehave with me and not providing service to me.He did not submit my letter for speed post becuse he said ki letter par jo address likha hai(white slip se chipka hua computerised) wo nahi chalega.aur kaha ki govt ka circular hai computerised address slip nahi chalgi,jab meine unse circular ki copy dikhane ki request ki to anil handa ne mere sath misbehaive kiya aur abusing me.kafi time baad usne mera letter speed post kar to diya aur mujhe dhamki di ki tera letter mein yahan se niklne nahi duga.this is very bad.post office staff is not co-operating with customers.i hope ki mera letter time se pahuch jayega.
i sent complaint to Indian post office also.
plz take necessary action.
