    Default DTDC Courier shipment not received

    Hi,
    I booked a consignment #K45424925 from a DTDC booking center on 21/12/2010.
    It contains all the work experience certificates of all the companies where my brother worked.
    Those are all the valuable documents without those documents he will not be able to continue his service any more.
    So, those are really important because my brother career will be smashed and there is no other way to get those documents back.

    I contacted DTDC people and according to them that package is missing.I also send e-mail to DTDC but didn't get any response.

    Now my brother's career is in denger zone.

    The address of the booking center is as below:

    I am Fr. Costa

    The branch which the parcell was sent from HEBBAL BRANCH, BANGALORE was and it was to reach PANJIM BRANCH GOA, PANJIM

    My parcell was sent on Monday, October 17, 2011 and till today it has not reached the destination that is Goa and todays date is 03 November 2011. In that parcell there are all the importants church doc.

    To tell you frankly the service is not up to the mark. and they are ready to pay the amount which is not as important than the documents. they think they can buy every thing with money which is not true.

    If my parcell does not reach on time i sure they will not be sucessuful in the business and the living God will really reward them for their actions.
