Dear Sir/Madam,

Myself Laxmi Narayan. My current address is GD-179, Pitampura, Delhi-110088.

I have sent a courier (having Rakhis) through DTDC on RakshaBandhan festival to my in-law's address.
The date of booking is 20/08/2010. Consignment No. : V03704630. I used their CITY PLUS service, so as to get the courier delivered fast.

But the courier has not reached the destination yet. If I track it online using the consignment no., it shows deliverd.
I contacted the customer care, but they say that the courier is delivered.
I was following with the "DTDC, NetaJi Subhash Place, Pitampura" branch from last few months and they now said that they are not responsible for it, since their system shows status as delivered.
