    Hello Sir,

    I had sent a courier from Delhi to Faridabad last year on October 26th which is till now not received by the concerned person. i have been taking follow ups with the Blazeflash people but they fail to provide me any kind of information regarding that courier and i got to know from the agency through which i had sent that courier that it has been Misplaced . Then i wrote the following mail to the company stating my concern . The mail goes like this : -

    hi ,
    this is in regards to the consignment no. - " 213542894 "
    i would like to bring it to ur notice that what kind of services blazeflash is providing to its customers.
    i sent a courier through one of your agencies situated in mayur vihar phase 1 by the name of - " GAGAN EXPRESS " , from Delhi to Faridabad on the 26th of this month , so far the recipient haven't received the courier . When i tried to check with ur agencies and customer care they never took the responsibility of tracking the courier and kept on giving me false commitments . i hav been harassed from the past so many days , running pillar to post to track my courier . Just bcoz of my frnd's referral , i chose blazeflash and the experience was pathetic , i m shocked by the kind of services a company with such a reputed name are providing to ur customers .. Even the branch manager himself didnt show any interest in my case .At last when i was really pissed off , i decided to mail u people hoping that u wud do some needful for me otherwise the last resort for me is to move to consumer forum . They told me that i will be getting a letter from your head office stating that " my courier has been misplaced " but till now , i haven't received that letter also . i really don't understand , how u people can be so irresponsible !!

    I had sent a courier from Sangrur to Kurukshetra on December 1st which is till now not received by the concerned person. i have been taking follow ups with the Blazeflash people but they fail to provide me any kind of information regarding that courier.

    this is in regards to the consignment no. - " 297746379 "
    i would like to bring it to ur notice that what kind of services blazeflash is providing to its customers. so far the recipient haven't received the courier .     Default blaze flash lko worst service

    blaze flash is the worst courier service, i had sent a courier from shamli distt and i was ensured that the parcel will be delivered within two days.. but what could we expect from them...
    when parcel was not delivered i went to local dealer, he call somewhere in lucknow and told me tat the parcel is in lko n will be delivered by afternoon...
    then its post poned for the evening, after that he gave me the number of some tiwari who is head of lko branch...
    tiwari's number is the busiest num of india, lucky me... got a chance to speak to him , he is very friendly and told me not to bother for me(taking me as special case) he will get the delivery done at night only.. i was very thankful to him he told me tat the courier will get delivered by 9pm..
    i cald him at 9:30 but as always phone was busy.. than got a chance to talk to him at 9:45 he said " ladka bhej diya sir 10-15min mein pahuch jaayega ji" again i was so thankfull that he was doing all this for me.. i cald my relative who is having a train next morning that courier will be delivered in next 10min.. after waiting for half n hour outside the buildin my relative cald me back n again i cald tiwari... this time he is not busy but he dint receive my call.. i dialled his number for 3 to 4 times, than i gave his number to my relative , he picked up the ph n said see the time, we dont deliver at night but for u (again making the person special) i wil get it deklivered by 9am sharp before the train... n next morning he dint pick up the single call, the train got delayed by 2 hours but the parcel was not delivered till 12:30...
    the train came but the tiwari banda was no where...
    now leave english behind...

    Hello,

    Send a written notice via registered post to the CMD of BlazeFlash about your problem, mention all the complaints no. registered with customer care and attach other relevant document like the slip and ask them the status of delivery within the mentioned period of 15-20 days else you will drag them to the consumer forum.

    Note: Do not forget to keep the slip of registered post in safe, it will help you if you need to knock the Consumer Forum.

    The below mentioned judgments may help you:

    Envelope mentioned with correct address but not delivered, Deficiency in services hence compensation awarded.

    Wink Non-receipt of documents

    Sir,
    I have been using your courier service regularly for the last two years. Recently I sent two documents to my clients who have complained that they did not receive the important documents uptil now. Upon checking online Blazeflash tracking system I found that the documents were sent yet there was no report whether these were delivered. This shows the negligence on the part of your staff who usually do not bother to insert full details regarding, when and on which date the article was delivered to the receiver. With this lethargic attitude your company will lose many clients. I hope you will look into the matter and take appropriate action in this regard.     i couried a packet on 24th March 2010 but the courier not reached yet i have complaned in customer care and ialready provided to Ms Renu all the details that She required but it seems that you are not willing to provide me any kind of help . This is very bed . Next time onword we will not use Blazeflash courier

    Default Delay in Delievery of courier sent through Blazeflash Courier Ltd.

    I have sent a courier containing important study materials for Engg Services Preparation to a friend of mine in Visakhapatnam on 12th April 2010 (Bill No. 217160678) from New Delhi. The guy told the courier will reach by 15th of April. Now its almost more than a week since i sent the courier. On calling the customer care cell of Blazeflash Courier Ltd the numbers are always busy and even they pick the phone they divert to other numbers which rings but no one pick up the phone. My friend is busy preparing for the exam. If she wont get it in time how can she finish the preparation.
    So it is my request to see in to this matter. It is the worse experience till now...

    i am customer of blazeflash courier . i am complaning against the Misbehavior of blazeflash courier worker in lucknow,
    They treat very rudely. and when we asked for reason of delay delivery or courier not sent to customer , they says I can not tell you reason if you are not satisfied stop our service .
    So now I am asking is this the service of blaze flash courier...?
    I have sent local courier (Lucknow) on 20.04.10 not sent upto 26.04.10
    No.291243135 & No.291243025 …
    No.290519595 (05.03.10) Bijnor I am still not know this courier send or not
