So pl. look into the matter and kindly track the missing materials.

i am sanjeev kathuria from chandigarh...i have booked a courier from chandigarh to bangalore through blazeflash courier service on 28/06/2011 via doct noumber 192191715....its still not delivered at its destination....kindly let me know how much more time it will take ...Blazeflash courier service is worst to deal with.... online tracking site is always remain under construction.neither of their chandigarh office person are responding...

this is to inform u that i sent my courier on 31 oct 2011 whose pod no 291318904 from 4-c, meera bai marg behind shakti bhawan, hazratganj, lucknow 226001 which is not received by the person in haridwar till date so plz send my courier as soon as possible.

I am Suveer Rohatgi, who is a very old customer of Blazeflash Courier Limited.

On 18-november-2011, I send 1 courier which were deliver very late due to which

i have to bear a loss of 40000 The Courier Numbers is:216213429 i call up your

corporate office and they give me the customer service number after talking to

me very rudley and then i called up customer service they were not even

intreated in listning my issue and they gave me the compliaint number and

promised me that i will get a call back with a solution i never receive the

call.Afer 24 hours i tried to call the coprate office but no one has picked up

the call after trying 2 or 3 times they start picking up the phone and

disconnect the phone that shows they get these types of call on daily basis

that shows that your services are really worst then i call up mumbai head

office they gave me 2 numbers for a person which were not working that i want

to corier office from were i have send the courier he took me to internet and

said sir thier is no tracking updated on it then he called up bareilly office

to known the status a lady picked up the phone and told us to call afetr an

hour i call up that lady she told me that she send the corier boy to deliver

the letter so it will be done witjhin an hour but it was done then very next

day i call up that lady again she gave me the number for courier boy who wwnt

thier to deliver the package i called that couroer boy and asked him why he has

not deliver the courier he said yesterday it was very late so he took that

courier with him to his home and he will deliver this courier by today at 5:30

at last recpiet got the courier which was scedule to deliver on monday and was

delivered on thursday at 6:30 in eveningnow i want this loss of 40000 back
