I had purchased four vikaspatra of rs 5000 from borivali west Mumbai post office on 10 feb 03.I had gone to redeem the same on 10oct 10 but sub post master shri Tawde told that computer is showing negative remarks .He told that 15000 certificates were missing from Nagpur and they are having same nos as yours .I had to take loan as I could not get money .Now Govt of India should pay me 18% intrest for delay
