Sub : Complaint against lost/not delivered consignment and false information to customer by DTDC courier services

Sir/Madam,

My Vendor had used DTDC courier services to send a courier from Sangli (Maharashtra) to Surat at my destination dated 8th November 10. The courier company had told him that this parcel will be delivered to the consignee with in 4 to 5 days; but today 23.11.2009; the courier has not been
delivered to the consignee (My self), on the other hand when I track this
courier through their tracking tool, it shows route detailed in this attachment. No response had came till date from them after my repeated follow ups & email and telephonic plus consignor personal visits to there Sangli office. When
ever i ask for the same they told today it will be delivered. Last day when i
call to there HO office there is Senior executive Ms. Premlata Assured me that I got Delivery same day but after 2 days even I didn't get material. Already I aware them through email that I loss worth Rs. 200,000.00 Business Order due to their delay but nothing happen.

After that i search for where to complain & I found this site & complaint here .

You are the last hope of mine. Kindly tell me , what can i do against them and help
me out at your level. I will be thankful to you.

Pls register my grievance ASAP and as I am mentally and physically tired with
followups with DTDC REGIONAL & CORPORATE OFFICE.

Dear Responsible/Authorized,

My Party Book Consignment from Sangli to Surat on 8th Nov. 2010. Docket No. D04071989 (Tracking Data Attached)

Till date I didn't get Material to our end & I continue calling to Surat, Ahmedabad, Sangli & Bangalore.

I got reply from Surat that they didn't get material so they can not do anything & I have to contact to Ahmedabad & Sangli.

When I track docket No. through your Tracking Tool, I'm shocked showing My material pass through Delhi & Hardawar

Same thing I discuss with Sangli Branch on +919325005236, They assure me to deliver parcel on 17th Nov. 2010.

I checked yesterday evening through tracking tool & again shocked showing my parcel move from Ahmedabad to Palanpur insted of Surat.


After paying charges what issued by your person or policy by you & after some 9 days if it didn't deliver 677 km and takes approx 13 hrs, 35 mins by train, What is meaning of courier

I think transport may be more faster & then Desk to Desk Courier.

Why you people need Pincode ?

Till date Sangli guy told me to wait for 1 more day. It is too easy to say to wait but too difficult to bare loss of money, time, passion & customer.


Kindly treat this mail as immediate & arrange to get me delivery by today at Surat, For you guys Knowledge I already gain loss of Rs. 2,00,000.00 (Loose Order from Our client, who like to receive Sample which is in that parcel) due to all above misconduct provide by you people.
