Hi,
I couriered some medicines with 'Blaze Flash Couriers' on 10-11-2010 (At : Sector 7, Ramphal Chowk Dwarka, New Delhi), with tracking number as 219942616.
However the courier is not delivered yet and inspite of multiple follow ups over the phone and email with contact provided by me they are not responding that how the courier will be delivered.
The courier has some medicines and holds an importance much high above than monetary losses.
Even the top management(sachinaggarwal@blazeflash.com ,sdaggarwal@blazeflash.com) who claims to be friendly and accesible to consumers did not replied.

Please help.
