I have a complaint against First Flight Courier.

I have applied for my replacement PAN Card and after much delay finally I could see on the NSDL Income Tax web site that the Card was issued. To Quote from the website:

Your PAN card has been delivered on 01-Oct-2010 by First Flight Couriers Pvt. Ltd courier vide airway bill no. ZB4654641

But to my dismay I have never received it till now and when I have to make 10 calls to finally get to the operator to speak to me they say its delivered. I check the First Flight courier web site it shows delivered to one satish kumar ( God knows who that is ??) despite the address being correct. Being a priority mail, I dont understand how they can deliver to the wrong person. I have written to them and called them up as well, but no response so far. What action can I take against First flight Couriers, and I need the PAN Card very urgently.

Hope for a speedy response to my complaint and importantly recovery of my PAN Card !!
