A parcel was booked on 18/10/2010 from Chandigarh to the address given bellow. The parcel reached the Kota on 19/10/2010, reached the local service provider, J K Courier on 21/10/2010. After that the parcel is missing. The Local courier person, the offices of Akash Ganga Courier offices are unable to trace the parcel. I have communicated the matter all the offices.
Please ca you say, how should i proceed to get the parcel?
