I had sent the Parcel via Speed Post service Tracking No EM639589346IN on 10-Oct-2011
weighing 3 kgs & 185 Gms.

Till date the same has not been delivered - i had registered an online complaint on 24th Oct 2011
No action has been taken yet.

I registered a written complaint with local post office on 31St Oct 2011, no action has been taken yet.
I registered a Online Complaint on 09 Nov 2011 and still waiting to hear.

A parcel was being sent to Cooch Behar West Bengal from Mumbai.


It is really surprising there is no proper staff and authority to look after customer grievance.
I tried reach the Postal authorities and head department for Speed Post.
When you call them either they are not available and if you reach them they pass on to some one else.


Hope this Public Servants understand there responsibility and serve the People of India well.

I have sent a letter through speed post( EW039274717IN) at kolkata GPO on 17/5/2012 to IMT Ghaziabad.It has reached ghaziabad on 18/5/2012 but delivery update to IMT Ghaziabad is not updated. It is not clear whether the letter was delivered or not.In the website it is shown as "not available". I have already lodged a written complain (COMPLAIN REGISTRATION 100050 98353) at kolkata GPO on 23/5/2012 but have not got any reply.Please note that it is very important letter and nondelivery of the same will have huge implication.I cannot wait for 10-15 days to know the status of my letter.

my pancard undelived by postoffice at varachha road surat

A post (EMS Speed Post) was sent by my father from Kahalgaon P.O.( BHAGALPUR, BIHAR) on 13.03.2013 which contains some very important documents of mine. ( ITEM NO. - EF373692107IN )
I was to receive the post at IIT Guwahati, but it has not reached yet. The article was dispatched from Patna on 15.03.2013.
On enquiring at Patna P.O. , they informed me about the bag in which the article was. (BAG NO. - EBF0007403681 ; Set No. - 2B, Patna SPCC)
On further enquiry at Guwahati G.P.O. and Howrah P.O. , they refused to take claim saying that they have not received such a bag.
Then,I filed a complaint on the website a few days ago, but have not received any response yet. Those documents are very important to me and I need them urgently.
I shall be much obliged if you help me with this at your earliest.
