Subject: Non-receipt of DTDC consignment(CN no.-Z23559879,Booking date-23/10/2010,Branch-Delhi,Rohini) ,regarding.

Sir/Madam,

with reference to the subject as cited above I'm to complain herewith that, I booked a consignment (CN no.-Z23559879) through your local Delhi DTDC branch(address: 317, 3RD FLOOR, PLOT NO. 2, AMBA TOWER, ROHINI,D.L. CHOWK, COMMERCIAL COMPLEX, SEC 9, DELHI-85) on 23/10/2010 ,but even after lapse of 8 days the same has not been delievered to the consignee's address(Sh. K.Baladandayutham, Flat no-D-303, Rail Vihar, Part-2,Gurgaon-122001,) which was quite urgent and supposed to reach at destination within 3/4 days from the booking date.your website is showing status upto only 25/10/2010.
In this regard I've complained many times to your designated person over help line but nothing has been done so far.Now it's requested that a formal complain may be lodged under intimation to me and necessary action may be initiated on the top priority basis so that the same can be delivered within 24 hrs from now.

This may be treated as most urgent.
