    Default Heights of NEGLIGENCE‏ in First Flight courier service

    Hi there,


    I really need your help with this.


    Your Person (Name Not given) who provides the courier service from 06,Dhanalakshmi Building,J.P.Nagar 1st Phase,Saraki Gate,Kanakapura Main Road,Bangalore-560078 has no responsibility and he is rude in approach. He called me on Sat-23-2010 and told me I have received a courier and he was not able to find my address, asked me to come and collect it from his branch office. I was fine with it and said I’ll pick it up the next working day. I called him again on Sunday he said its holiday and they are closed. The very next day ie on Monday-25-2010 I gave him call in the morning somewhere around 11:00 AM and asked if he could deliver it my residential address, the response was like this I can’t find the consignment call me later and he disconnected the call even while I was trying to communicate. Again I called him in the evening at 4:00 PM and then he says “Boss the package is sent back since you didn’t show up and disconnects” I then called up head office (89, I & II Floor, South Wing, A M Plaza, Airport Main Road, Vimanapura, Bangalore 560017 Ph: 080 - 41606060 / 39444444) to help me in this issue they said they won’t be able to help me without the consignment number, So I again tried calling this person but he refused to give me the consignment number and disconnected, tried calling him again but he didn’t pick my call.

    Now as customer I’m suffering for no mistake of mine and the courier is to very important to me, so please do your best and help me out of this issue.

    I still have hope that this mail might help me in resolving this issue.
    Again I request you look into this to ensure that this matter is resolved at the earliest.
    Please telephone me to let me know how you'd like to deal with this.
    When the matter is resolved I'd be grateful to First Flight courier service.

    Thumbs down Negligence in delivery of docet no.t01439269

    Dear Sir,

    I have booked one computer from Coimbatore to Bangalore on 28.12.10. Till now i.e. dated 31st December 2010 upto 5.00PM not received. The docet no. T01439269. I have contacted with your customer care people named Vidya and Jayalakshmi and Anitha andanother phone number 9341015674 named MR.Vinod. But they are not responding properly and they telling simlply today evening it will come to your office since 30th December 2010. Till now I have not received. But it is booked for urgent work at coimbatore and they said you may deliver on or before 29thDecember.
    What type of branches you are maintaining? All are very irresopnsible people and they are not giving proper answers. I have lost my work due to your delay in delivery. Who will bare the loss? Please respond for this mail.
