Submit Complaint..I want to tell you that i make Idea pre paid to Post paid and got 1500rs bill from 8th Dec to 18th dec . and on the 19th dec they disconnect my outgoings. I went to their office and staff told me u have to pay this amount of money. what is this ?

I make shipment of a package to Ibadan(Nigeria) on dated-7th Oct. 2010. They give me slip of sending charge of Rs8800 and he told me he will send by the DHL from Delhi to Nigeria but after 10 days when I complain about my shipment he give me tracking idea of UPS. Now after some days on 21oct. shipment received my receiver address.
when i search the cost and time for sending my shipment to Jalandhar to Nigeria cost is only Rs6400 and time is max. 6days but he take of 15days and cost Rs8800. When I tell him to return my extra charge they refused me.
