Hi as mentioned, in title, I have booked a courier from Delhi to Coimbatore on 8/10/2010 and it reached to coimbatore on 12/11/2010 for delivery, it has been found that envelope is empty without inside anything.

It seems some one in transit theft the material containing inside the envelope and repacked nicely to deliver. When it came to notice, i told not to accept the courier and make a note that delivery could not accepted as consignment is tempered.

Now secondly since morning i am trying to reach courier Delhi cunsumer cell number (011-46560800 but no one is picking up my call there.

Could any one suggest that how an action can be taken on courier company against this case...??
