Staff working for bilaspur branch (DTDC) has not been response proper way during inquary of urgent couriers. His behaviour is not upto marks. Kindly advice him to talk with customer in good manner way.

After long correspondence Channel Technologies send my gift printer on 28/07/2009 via DTDC courier with DTDC Consignment No:Z95162238 of 28/07/2009. But the consignment still lying at DTDC Delhi Branch with showing cause that, Bilaspur is non-serviceable area.I told DTDC Delhi Centre through Channel Technologies,Noida on 31/07/2009 that I will collect my printer at Bilaspur DTDC Branch.On 03/08/2009 I enquire at DTDC Delhi Branch,some madam Suman told me that,they return my consignment to noida collection centre.Now please help me how to collect my canon printer from DTDC Courier Service.

The courier was delivered on 13/08/2009 My residence in Thane. But the envolope was badly Tampered, Torn, stapled and Taped. I found only Two masks which were mishandled and in bad condition

I would regret to state the following for your kind consideration.The DTDC courier service should be brought to task for its pathetic service to consumers.It has been more 10 days that my consigment of medicine dispatched from DTDC Vashi(Navi Mumbai) has not reached me(LT CDR Vineet Kumar) at DIAT, girinagar pune.The excuse given by the company is that they dont have any link beyond CAMP area pune which is 40 Km from this place.This claim itself is false as DTDC has a franchise at DHAYRI (mobile no-0932615543) which is hardly 6 km from my residence.This unprofessional approach of DTDC courier service of not dipatching important medicines to its customer is highly uncalled for and should be viewed seriously.

I humbly request a serious action to be taken action the DTDC courier service(VASHI)

with a trust of company one urgent document (rail ticket by rajdhani express ) was booked through dtdc metro plus courier vide consignment no V02703185 on 15.04.2010 from bhati market mandoli Delhi-93. As the said courier not reached till the registered of this complaint viz upto 06.00 pm. While train departure time is about 08.00 pm from Bangalore city.
Mr sanjay terans yamuna phone 01142418262, Mr pradeep phone 01130588000, mr mohit cell 9313080992 on duty airport,Mr Virender regional officer Narayana Delhi cell 9313299306,and Mem Yamini cell 9313299306,in the Delhi region was approached teliphonically. But no one is ready to take resposiblity.As per the report of Mr virender dtdc regional officer Narayana Delhi about 6.00 pm our consignment was not tracable till now.
By this problem, not only I and my son have feel a great mental tension but we loss a valuable time of life, in tracking of said consignment and miss the train on date. Although this loss is unrecoverable even than I feel Rs. one lac may please be recovered from company dtdc to make good my loss in question.

I have sent an important document like flight tickets and certificates from Delhi to Salepur, cuttack, orissa-754202 on 8th April 2010. For urgency & avoid delay delivery I have used DTDC courier which is still in transit today date1st May 2010. I have given complain in their services but they are calling reciever to collect packet from other city apart from salepur-754202 telling they dont have services in that city(wesite is showing they have services for Salepur-754202) even they dont have any instruction to deliver that packet. Reciever is an old person who is not having capability to travel other city to collect the pocket. Is there any other way to take strong actions against such type of bad servies after commitment. So that such type of inconvency by service provider will not commit and do monopoly business.

This is the most negligent courier service i ever seen in my life. In spite of several calls no one respond to it and if they pick keep num without saying a word just frustrating the caller more..what type of service is this ???? i would rather prefer normal govt post office....this is my last and final transcation in dtdc..

from last 2 days i am calling them Mr Sandeep ( Bandra West Branch ) to collect the parcel but he has no time . he keeps telling me he is coming and does not turn up .. very unprofessional service to say the least .. i have called someone else now to collect my parcel . because of him i have been delayed by 2 days . this is most unprofessional courier service .

Still i have not received my courier.
Branch is not co ordinating with me. Even i called them no. of times.

I have sent gift coupons worth Rs. 4000, of which only coupon worth Rs.1250/- was delivered. I realized that the staplered pins were opened up , celotype has also been opened carefully. I see pin hooks empty, letters in the address being removed because the celotype was removed by someone in between.

There is no proper response from the courier service. I feel sick about calling DTDC often and checking what happened to the rest of the coupons. I don’t want others to get cheated the same way as I was.

I would like to say, DTDC service is not trust worthy.

on tuesday (22.10.2010) we have send a courier in dtdc towards madurai ( nagamalai) from trichy(mandiyur) till now the courier was not reached and also they were not responding me correctly.
