Dear Sir

This was my first interaction with Blazeflash. I can surely say it is the worst courier service provider. I have sent a courier (194337967) from bahadurgarh(hr) to 62b/32d,radha vihar kamla nagar agra on 5th dec.l 2011 and was told it will be delivered on 6th dec.2011l. The courier delivered was open ....and the item is missing...

Kindly look into the matter & quick take the action..

The IIFCO-TOKIO GEN.INS. CO. LTD,LUDHIANA SENT A CHEQUE AT MY DELHI ADDRESS #A-6,SHREE BALAJI APARTMENTS,SECTOR 6, DWARKA,NEW DELHI BY WAY OF SETTLEMENT OF CLAIM UNDER CAR INSURANCE POLICY NO.500152025 THROUGH BAZEFLASH COURIERS UNDER PDO NO.293231264 DATED 4TH JANUARY,2012. THE SAID CHEQUE HAS NOT BEEN,SO FAR,DELIVERED TO ME. ON ENQUIRY FROM THE LUDHIANA OFFICE OF THE SAID INSURANCE CO. THEY HAVE INFORMED THAT THE SAID COURIERS CLAIM TO HAVE DELIVERED THE CHEQUE IN QUESTION ON 7TH JANUARY,2012, BUT THE FACT IS THAT NEITHER I NOR ANY MEMBER OF MY FAMILY HAVE RECEIVED THE SAID IN QUESTION. I REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE HELP ME IN GETTING THE MATTER SOLVED.-MRS. RAJ KUMARI

with due respect i have to say that i was very much frustrated when the delivering courier man rudely behaved with me.this is not a way to deal with any customer.This man belongs to blazeflash nd when i said i will complain against you.he told me rudely you can do whatever u can.
kindly i request u to take proper action against him so that in future it can't be repeated.
