I want to state that my family candidate applied for the "Vishist BTC-2008"
on 17-02-2008 for the location Kanpur (U.P) and Pilibhit (U.P) through
Indian postal service-Speed post Meerut.

Sir, the last date of receiving the application is 20-02-2009 and i have
done speed post on 17-02-2009 through Meerut, but still my both application
was not reach to there destination and come back to me at my home (Meerut)
and i have to suffer lot's regarding this.

Sir, I am totally disappointed that my application was not reach in between
such a long distance of time, so what's the meaning of speed post.

Sir, my request is from you that please take a strict action on this issue
so that in future the speed post department of Indian Post does not play
with the carrier of any candidate like played with us.
