(SPED8704087651N on 03/03/2009 for Rs. 51.00, Weight
240grams)containing (mother spectacle & sunglasses) from
Daryaganj, New Delhi (MR. AVISHEK KUMAR, MACMILLAN INDIA LTD., 2/10
ANSARI ROAD, DARYAGANJ, NEW DELHI -110002. Mobile-9811100615) to Sidhi,
Madhya Pradesh (SRI SHAILENDRA PRATAP SINGH, DY.CHIEF ENGINEER, QUARTER
No.-D-24, JAYANT PROJECT, N.C.L., AT & P.O.-JAYANT, DIST-SIDHI, MADHYA
PRADESH – 486890, MOBILE- 09424953286, 09425177056, 09754023988,
07805252249).



On 12/03/2009 I had registered online public complaint with postal
Department (Complaint Number: 100000-29103) about non delivery. In
Replied they wrote back mention below remark:

Disposal asked from Jayant Colliery so pl wait



On 13/03/2009 my mother (Mrs. Priyadershni) received packet but it was
containing nothing inside it.



Again on 13/03/2009 I had registered online public complaint with postal
department (Complaint Number: 100000-29274) about mother spectacle &
sunglass gone missing inside it.

In replied they didn’t reply till today i.e. 18/03/2009 and

below remark is empty:

Sir / Madam kind request you to kindly look into this matter on priority
basis & punish the culprit.



Being in the Media industry I will take this matter to court to get justice
& punish the culprit.
