Dear Sir,

I am really disappointed by the way I am getting response from yourself. I had emailed you on the 13th and I am still waiting for a reply from your side. Firstly there is no update as regards to the compensation of my computer. Secondly the consignment is no where to be found. I am left here with no choice but to take this matter to the consumer court.

Please respond and provide the status of the parcel and compensation of the damage.

Dear Sirs,

I found it necessary to approach the Head Office after I had no response from the regional people. I had made numerous phone calls to the customer care and many emails. I have included my previous correspondence within this email. My query about a missing consignment. Firstly I had sent a computer from Yadgir in karnataka to Katni in MP in the month of January 2009. The parcel at the destination was found to be tampered and damaged beyond use. The parcel did not arrive in the original packing.

Then when the receiver did not accept the parcel since it was damaged, it was sent back to Yadgir in Karnataka. Till date I have not received my computer back. It has got lost some where, and professional couriers do not know where. I must have been in touch with various people to resolve this issue, but no one seem to help me. My computer is worth Rs 25000. I am seeking compensation in respect of my loss.

I would ask you to look into this matter and get back to me with some solution to this problem. I find myself in a situation where I have no choice but to approach the consumer court if I do not get any answers from your side.

I am very disappointed, as I had not received any replies to my queries. I find all companies one and the same when it comes to providing services to its clients and consumercourt.in is no different.

I have asked the administrator to provide solution to my problem but he is deaf and cannot hear my problems.
