missing of courier Dear sir,
we have booked a courier on 9/5/11 to tadipatri from MGBS.but it still hasnt reached to the place and the docket no.is 4661285.since from 10/5/11 we are asking at MGBS to verify but there is no response from u r end.already written complaint has been placed at basheerbagh office.plz go through the complaint and close the issue as early as possible.

anl consignment was not delivered since 22-2-2011 Sir,
we have booked a consignment AWB no. VSP7599231, at dwarakanagar anl office on 22-2-2011, worth Rs11,400/- from vizag to kakinda.
This consignment was not delivered. when we approached dwarakanagar branch where we booked, they said consignment was missed and trying to get compensation. Till now I didn't get any compensation.Please take necessary action.
