Dear Sir,
I had booked a courier with Trackon Couriers, Ghaziabad on 23rd March, 2009 with Consignment No. 137480592 for Bangalore.
The courier has been misplaced/lost by the courier company and they are not taking any onus for this. It's been one month since we have been asking them for the status but they are not listening to our complaint and lending a deaf ear to it.
Moreover, we are unable to track the consignment online.When I am trying to track the consignment no. on the trackon website, it shows no details with "No consignment No. found" which means that there is no entry corresponding to my courier in the trackon couriers system/website.
Moreover, when we are trying to contact the agent whom I had given the courier, he shows no response and moreover he talks to me and my family members in a very rude and aggressive manner.
I would ask you to look into the matter on an urgent basis and either get my courier back or the money back from the courier company/agent.

My name is Vivek Malhotra, resident of 18-C, Green view Apartment, Pocket-6, Sector-82, Noida-201305.
One of my wife's friend from JALLANDHAR had booked a parcel (POD: 213347534) containing some cosmetic items worth Rs.4000/- to Noida at my above said residence. I t was booked on 20th Oct'10 and it reached to Noida office of Trackon on 22-Oct'10 but it was deleivered to me on 27'Oct'10. When i opened the Parcel, items went missing and in informed about it to the Trackon Office(0120-421991) at Sec-2 and Sector-82, Noida. They transferred me to the Rajesh -Manager(Noida)@ 9953779935.
I have also given a written complaint to find out the missing intems or pay me the amount corresponding to the items missing. Till date, i am following up with him and everytime he says that he has forwarded the complaint to JALLANDHAR office as the parcel was booked from there and any compensation will be done from there only.
I have tried contacting the Manager at Jallandhar , Mr. Bhardwaj@ 9814113359 but he has no sense of talking with the customer. He used abusive language and was not ready to listen to the concern i had.
I request you take a strict legal action against the Trackon Courier for the items missing from the Parcel.

This is to inform you that my friend sent a courier which contained gift items worth Rs.800 from ghaziabad to pauri via trackon couriers m/s bholanath damodardas & sons. 3.21 parshpnath,paradise arcade,near shipra mall,indirapuram ,ghaziabad,on 12 december 2010.

We were told that it would be deliverd within 2 days,we havent received it yet even after 2 months.
The courier is misplaced/lost by the company and they are not taking any action for this.it has been more than 2 months since we are asking for the status.but they are not listening to the complaint & are lending a deaf ear 2 it.
Moreover we're unable to track the consignment number online.when i'm trying to track the consignment number on trackon website, it shows "consignment number not found".
Moreover we're trying to contact the agent with whom we booked the courier,he shows no response,moreover he talks in a very rude manner and use aggressive language.
i would like you to look into the the matter as early as possible & either get my courier back or the money back from the company...

i had send a parcel on 9/4/2022 via INLAND COURIER from MORAN, DIBRUGARH to guwahati via consignment no. 13203707. however even after 15 days the parcel did not reach to the address. i had enquired with the courier agent in guwahati which they say that they had delivered, but the addresee had not received the courier till now. moreover the concerned person was talking rudely . i have checked their courier website but there is no provision for consignment tracking
what shpould i do now
