Dear Sir,

I was to receive a courier from Blazeflash courier service. The courier was dispatched from jaipur on 13-Apr-09, and as per the below shown screen shot, the courier is out for delivery from 15-Apr-09. Till today ie 17-Apr-09 I have not received it. When I called up Courier Company I spoke with Mr. Nadeem and Mr. Prasad they told me that the consignment is delivered, (and Mr. Nadeem said that I might be lying) however, I have still not received it, moreover if the consignment is delivered then why is their website telling us that it is out for delivery? They have not delivered it and now they have the audacity to declare that they have delivered it and that I am lying.

I need your help.
