Dear sir, 05/11/2008

i had sent a speed post to bhubaneshwar (orissa)
on 07/06/2006 which was still not delivered to the
addressee even after lapse of more than 2 years.
More than 150 e mails i have sent to different
authority but not a single one was responded by them
further the speed post tracking system is also
not showing any details.
Further dept web based grievances resolved system
which is attended by the dept on priority basis is also
either unattended or do not show by the dept that the article has been
misplaced by the dept which is very serious because non deliver the article
imposed me a penalty by cbi by issuing a arrest warrant against me.
The article was meant for cbi bhubaneshwar.

Please guide what recourse should i adopt to convince
the cbi that i had sent a letter well in time to them.
Post office is not informing any development in this
regard
