    Unhappy Blue Dart Poor service

    Hi, there,
    I had sent a letter containing a demand draft on 11 th.Dec from delhi which is delivered in mumbai on 17 th.dec as par the commitment of the courier company. But after 17th I contacted them to ensure the delivery of my packet but they told me that still it is not diliverd and they will contact me and tell me the status after 2-3 hour, but after not receving any phone call from their end I called them and asked about my packet, I also send a email regarding this to the head office of blue dart and they replied me that a mail stating that the matter is under investigation. But on 21st I received a mail and stated me that the packet has been delivered on 12th Dec. But this is not true when I confirmed in Mumbai, they said they had not received any thing. What should I do, I have all the receipt with me.

    Default Service rendered by DTDC (courier service)

    They give all big promises and project themselves as the BIG in the World. On
    2nd of this month, my niece from Bangalore has send a consignment to my
    Residential address at Palakkad(kerala).on 3rd we have received a call from
    the local office, informing the arrival of the packet and asked us to contact
    one Tel.number. As advised I had contacted this number and the person sitting at
    the other end plea ignorance and asked me to contact the same person who gave
    this no.This drama was going on for two days.They were not prepared to deliver
    the consignment to our place.Then, complaint to the Customer Service
    Department,DTDC(Bangalore)got assurance that it will be delivered to my place
    within24 hrs. It did not bring any result.Again phone calls to their corporate
    office/Relationship manager etc.At last they delivered it on the fifth day.The
    result,We could not undertake the journey to Bangalore,because it contained rail
    tickets.(Clear case to approach the
    court)but I have no energy to fight now.BEWARE OF THIS BIG COURIER COMPANIES..

    Default Not Recieved The Couirer From Blue Dart

    I was suppoosed to recieve the courier on wednesday but havent recieved yet and when i contacted the customer services regarding the same first time they gave me the reason that the c'nee had been shifted and seconf time they are giving the excuse that they are not able to find the house .And now they are asking me come to their office and collect it personally ....


    The Services Provided by them is so mental harassing and pathetic ..

    Default Delayed Delivery - Bluedart Services

    COMPLAINT

    My courier package (POD Number 43583648485) left Delhi on 25 Feb 10. Reached vadodara at Bluedart office on the 27 Feb 10.
    I have not yet received it till 03 Mar 10. And the office still does not know which delivery person has taken the package.

    On calling the Dlue dart personnel, there was no response. On being told that we will collect it on our own they say that it has left the office. It still doesn't reach us for the next 2 days
    I made repeated phone calls, was put on hold everytime and then disconnected.

    1. Operation incharge Mr Tushar does not pick up the phone.
    2. Mr Praveen of operations spoke rudely and disconnected my phone.
    3. Mr Yadav - Operations executive - was not aware of the situation when asked twice.


    I did a big mistake using Blue dart. This is the last time.

    The package is important to me. Kindly tell me where i can come and collect my courier.

    Default Worst Service of Blue Dart--Non Delivery of courier enen address is correct

    I had to recieve a courier Airway Bill no is 42870390290, Its was returned first time by blue Dart saying that the consignee has shifted. It was again re dispatched by HDFC Bank and again they have returned mentioning that address is incorrect.

    I am living on the same address and it is 100% correct. I went to blue Dart's office in Okhla and they said the courier boy will go to your address and if not found he will call you.

    My address is on main road in east of kailash, New Delhi.

    This is the best example of Blue Darts's worst service.

    I request to company that please look in to matter and punish the concerned staff.

    Default blue dart

    a creditcard was sent to me twice from chennai to bhubaneswar twice but the report is still saying from blue dart courier that c.nee is shifted. it is astonished that i was in my address since 30 years and the blue dart is not finding my address. even if any ordinary post is reached there within a week. but bluedart courier not finding my address. qnd then i cantact the custemer care which is always busy. what they r doing with phone. i m from bhubaneswar
    and the display statemnts r in the web site is like this

    Blue Dart does not provide any cell no of concerned person .Contacted Newdelhi office Mrs Manju refused to even talk with .Contacted Kolkata office Mrs Roshni .
    Result:hopeless

    Its a routine thing now a days that courier people are taking people for ride. They dont care for any delivery properly.....

    today I received a courier , and the person called me, at that time i am at shop and i said i will be there in 5 min, but he left with out any intimation, and he did't called me again

    as YOU ALL SAY i cld understand that everyone gotta kind of mistakes.

    But here I thought of saying how bluedart and DHL are not worth paying.


    Here I asked ppl to carry away ma shipment to Brooklyn, USA.


    THe courier charges what ppl asked was quite interesting.

    1. DHL Couriers Usual for two days 2800rupees.

    four days 1900 but thay offered me at a price of 1620(student offer)

    2. FED EX similar to the one above.


    3. UPS asked for 3500.


    4. Aramex 2200(5 days)

    6. UBX express 900 bucks( 2 days)

    7. postal service 760 ( 7 to 10 days)

    8. Professional ( Actual -750 bt i got for 675 since I had 2 sent 12 packs)

    But the craziest of all, when Professional using UBX for International Services where as UBX uses UPS or DHL for delivery.
    I had saved almost 100 bucks for each so almost 12000. Consider this.., hp Its interesting to listen to the story or commitment what DHL favours us.., craziest ppl in the worls is UPs they ask for 20$ within us and now all I m paying is 15$ for entire international.

    ST too 690bucks bt I m not sure about their service.

    BLUE DART EXPRESS LTD SHOLINGANALLUR

    I was expecting a delevery on 3rd november. i didn't get it on that day and after tracking i found they r not able to locate my address. But my address was perfectly correct, these people are not familiar about their area. i call'd and confirmed my address and also they got my mobile number and told that i'll get my package on 5th november. i didn't receive again. i call'd and they said again they r not able to locate my address. and i came to know that these people are not provided with a mobile phone for calling. again they got my moobile number and told i'll receive it on 8th november. i didn't get again...and i'm waiting

    I guess,
    1. they need me to go there and collect the package
    2. i'm sure no one has attempted to come to my place for delivery
    3. the person who is delivering is not allowed to call the person and hence not even allowed to carry a mobile phone (disgusting)

    Default Blue Dart Courier replaced my Shipment

    I would like to bring to your notice an incident that happened with me.I received an shipment through BLUE DART Courier service on 17th November (AWB NO: 30006370501) in bongaigaon Assam. The item was sent from Kolkata on 15th of November. After receiving the item when I opened it, to my shock I found that the item which was originally sent has been replaced by an different item.
    I have been using Blue Dart to send and receive items from ages and you don't expect this kind of fraud after you pay a premium price for the service. Its not a matter of few thousands that I have lost but the trust I had with this company. I cant do much but simply feel deceived.



    Hope you will look into the matter
