Sub : Lost consignment and non settlement of claim by DTDC courier services

I had used DTDC courier services to send a parcel to Pathankot from Pune dated 15th
Sep 08. The courier company had lost my parcel and till date had not settled my
claim which is worth Rs 6OOO.



Although all details pertaining to claim settlement had been submitted to DTDC and
subsequently there HO had also approved the same , but no response had came till
date from them after my repeated follow ups and telephonic plus my personal visits
to there regional office in PUNE.



PFB the details and mail correspondence as a proof with myself and DTDC on various
occasions.



Pls register my grievance ASAP and as I am mentally and physically tired with
followups with DTDC PUNE REGIONAL OFFICE.

My name is Chinnu.N.S.I have a problem regarding the non-receipt of a cover mailed from chennai DTDC office.
Two covers had been sent by my friend Ms.Richy from chennai on 2-09-2009 wenesday through DTDC,Pantheon Road,Egmore,Chennai-8 as detailed below

The cover addressed to Minju Rose(docket no:c26139271) had been delivered to her homeaddress on 8-09-2009 by DTDC,trivandrum. But the cover addressed to Chinnu.N.S(docket no:c26139272) had not been delivered by DTDC,trivandrum office.
On enquiry it is understood that the docket no :c26139272 has been sent to hydrabad instead of trivandrum.

Hi Sir,

I want to register a complaint against DTDC courier. My friend sent one consignment
on 2nd of September which have not been delivered so far.

During the couriering time they said by paying Rs. 750/- they will deliver the
consignment within 2 days and by paying Rs. 500 /- in 4 days. We opted the Rs. 750/-
option. 3rd and 4th was off in Hyderabad due to death of YSR Reddy. Even considering
this, it is more than 6 days excluding the those 2 days. But I have not received the
courier yet.

When I called the local DTDC unit (9396720668). They were saying that your door was
looked (on 8th September) but the address I have provided is my office address (i.e.
Microsoft India Pvt. Ltd., Microsoft campus, Gachibowli, Hyderabad) which never
closed even in the weekends they open for the mail service officially. When I
conveyed same message he said whatever you want to do either call BUSH or anyone.
This is the secondary thing but I have not got my consignment yet which is my
primary concern. There were saying they will delivery it tomorrow which is 10th of
September, but I have not received it yet and they are not responding to the calls
as well. But don't know whether they will able to deliver it by tomorrow or not.

I would like to take some action, I had urgency of that consignment and even after
paying premium amount, I am not getting the service. Even if not consider my other
losses there is direct loss of paying premiums amount (It is containing my GMAT exam
material which is already scheduled for Nov month). It is totally cheating the
consumer because they usually don't speak out about their right. I am looking for
your help.

Dear sir,

I have sent Mobile Handset alongwith Charger and Hands free to my Sister Ms.Namrata Naik to Goa thru DTDC tracking Number B56012617 ON 31st Aug 2009. The parcel delivered only on 4th September without Mobile handset. When we opened package there was only Handsfree and Mobile charger. Although I have called so many times to DTDC office, no one is bother to trace the missing item. Price of the Handset was Rs.3000/-.

Request you to look into the matter and arrange to deliver the missing item to my sister Ms.Namrata without further delay.

its useless service, please don't use this service for user needs. I had a very bitter experience with them. This is really use less service, my corporate was used this service but soon after they realized and changed other courier service.

I had sent a Certificate through DTDC(mumbai) BLUE DOT ENTERPRISES MF 682. Ph.No.02226858171., at Goregaon (E)., to be delivered at Bharati Vidyapeeth's Institute of Management Studies & Researce. at CBD Belapur.
The Certificate was booked at Goregaon (E) counter under receipt No. M55224537. on 11 Aug. 2010. Till date the TRACKING REPORT says its in TRANSIT. The Blue Dot Enterprises person at the counter says the Vashi counterpart by the name POONAM Ph.No. 022 39183434 / 022 39788484. Contact person Madam Leena, are responsible for the delay. Today we are in to the 14th. day from 11/08/2010 and still the job is not done. Its disgusting as we are answerable to the institute for the delay in delivery.

It has been a worst experince with DTDC courier for me as i want to send my joining formalities to HR there was delay of 3 days, just tell me if something goes wrong with the job who is responsible for that.I am mentioning the details and request you to pls take some action on such kind of persons who are spoiling the reputation

On 11/05/2011 i have given a courier to MR VINOD (PH NO:09603824106) to courier a document to annasalai branch chennai.He told me that he wil provide me the POD on phone.
i have waited for the call and didn't get any call from him, and the very next day when i called him he started avoiding my , he didn't wanna give responce to customer who is worried about his HR form.He has done the same thing for 3 days and surprisingly when i had a surprise visit to his store on 14/05/2011 he started delivering my courier at that time,there was delay of 3 days in courier.I am gonna take a serious action on dtdc if something goes wrong with my job and i want u people to serious action on Mr vinod

On 9-9-2011 i had send one courier wich docked number is 222570555 through blazeflash couriers limited with paid insured amount but till date there is no trace out of my courier and from over one month i am doing follow up but there is no use.

Dear sir, I am facing a great problem with Dtdc courier in receiving my courier in time at my doorstep. My consignment no. is D06979105 and dispatch date is 14th Nov. from Hyderabad to Jaipur. I called the concerned branches of Jaipur but they are not at all giving a proper reply and they say they can not deliver the parcel at our doorstep. We are not able to get our consignment after it is reaching to Jaipur also. Why it is so? Is it fare with your customer?

My family has booked a packet vide AWB Z49959768 on 8th.


It's daunting to have an experience to run after and chase for courier delivery.


In today's corrupt world, the franchise network holds on to the packet and communicates upon calling that if you need packet urgently come and collect from office or else contact the booking centre.

Onine recoreds show it's out for delivery but how to make sure it's out for delivery.


Another surprise that comes is delivery can be done by boy in night that is post 8 pm also. You people really suck blood of customers and your delivery boys.


If this shakes even for 0.00001 per cent please reply other wise simply ignore mail like your office staff/call centre/seniors and Delivery offices do.

sub: Non delivery of a consignment since 9th November, 2011.

I would deem it a great favour if you could please show me a way how to get my consignment which has yet not been delivered. The consignment which was couriered from New Delhi to Lohardaga, Jharkhand contained my admission letter to IGNOU's postal course. For their lackadaisical nature, I'm yet to confirm my admission. I'm really perturbed and finding no way out for this problem.
