I had sent my New Mobile to my Parents from PUNE to AKOLA through Blue Dart.

But the mobile is MISSING now.

They say, we dont know how this could happen with "us" - Blue Dart.
We dont know, how somebody broke opened the courier.
But now as it is LOST, we cannot do anything.

Moreover, their counter boy noted down very less claim money.

Now I am at total LOSS.

Loss of my PRECIOUS DATA inside my mobile. Loss of MONEY.
And finally there is NO MOBILE FOR MY PARENTS.

I had used that mobile for 2 months and had so much data inside the data card.

I am in trouble.. Blue Dart has cheated me.

How can someone tamper open their couriers and steal things...
I called the customer care number and got to hear all senseless explanations.

The courier was going from Pune to Akola. Now they say, our courier first goes to Nagpur and then Akola. But at Nagpur the courier arrived tampered / broken. And the mobile inside was MISSING....

Its such a shock.

"They have accepted that it is their FAULT." But they are Refusing / NOT ready to pay back the TOTAL amount of Loss.

They have been so irresponsible. So dishonest.

When asked about repayment of all this, I have requested for Sending my parents an exactly same mobile.
Thus at least ONE purpose of this transaction will be fulfilled.
My data is already LOST. I am angry with that.
And NOW these people are now reminding me of RULES.

Please help me in this matter.
