I handed over an envelope to aforesaid couriers on 24.03.2005 for delivering it at ISRI BAZAR, Distt - Giridih (Jharkhand). The envelope contains very important informations and my photographs for marriage purpose which were time-bound. But it has not reaction, This caused me mental harrasment, as I have gone to Giridih in person only for giving the photographs. Moreover, where is my previous envelope, no one can say,

Strange ! sending money through courier. Their are many legal ways to send money. In the terms and conditions the courier company mentioned that kindly do not deliver cash or any other valuable things, and if you deliver such things then their is some another way to deliver such stuff, so we suggest you to kindly go through the terms and conditions.

I would like to bring to your attention that my consignment #Z96455930 bound to gurgaon has not been delivered till date even when it was received by the DTDC gurgaon office on 17th of Aug, 2009.

I have repeatedly tried to find out about the consignment from Gurgaon Branch Office and Mahendra Complex Office but my efforts have not been fruitful. Everytime, I was only asked for my address and contact number and I was assured a callback but that never happened. I I also logged complaint but there was no response.

I would request you to look into the matter urgently. I hope my concerns will be properly addressed. Please refer to the attachment for the communication with DTDC office.

Regarding your complaint you just have to send a complaint letter to the Head Office of the Co. to get any solution on Company level. The address of DTDC Head office is:

Wait for the response from 10 to 15 days and do mention in your complaint letter that if the Co. is not going to provide you any solution within this time period, you are going to file a case in consumer forum.

We had sent an important and time bound courier by DTDC bearing no.B71131856 on 26/4/11 and was supposed to reach on 28/4/11. Shockingly till 30/4/11 it has not reached. Worst is still to come, no one picks up the line for a long time. At last once the line is picked up they transfer you to one another and keep you on hold for not less then 20 minutes. When you ask to speak to their GM or directors, you are not given an opportunity to express your plight to them. Ultimately, we are at mercy of these desk clerk who are not bothered and our torture continues... Satyandra Kumar.

Customer service is not at all good... Full disappointment because of this DTDC....
Since three days am waiting for my courier.... There is no proper response from Madhapur Branch office....

very bad experience with DTDC not expected such type of nonsense from such a renowned company no sense of responsibility.I have booked a parcel on dated 15/10/2012 bill no N93876927 and I had suffer a huge loss due o this,ad I planning to move to consumer court.I request company to plstake care of this matter .
