Called up the Chennai incharge (Sridhar-09840833005) (after a long struggle of atleast 20 calls he finally informed that the parcel is not traceable despite the tracking on the website showing that it is sent to Salem on 15-march-09.

I havent got any response to this complaint as yet. Following is the status on your website regarding my parcel. I ve booked it on 14-march-09. I tried calling the following people regarding the parcel.

Salem: Saravanan Mobile No. : 99944446661 (tried calling him a lot no. of times & he responded once saying that they have sent the parcel on 18-march-09 )

Conoor: SureshMobile No.9487086131 responded whenever I called I replied that he had checked all the manifestos & they have not received any intimation about it)

Mob No.9840833005) & he responded irresponsibly saying that he is not able to trace the parcel.
